Jpop post #1 (jpop-ish)

Here's a very upbeat song that i've been listening to loads lately. The video's really cute. 

And this is from BIG BANG, so i don't know whether it should be classed as Jpop. But it's in Japanese so that counts. I just LOVE this song. I could listen to it over and over again. And of couse BIG BANG are awesome.

Then there's this song from KARA, I think they're also Korean. But it's in Japanese so there xP. I think this songs very fitting for this time of year and it's cute too~

So that's 3 videos for now, the next music post'll probably be Kpop :) Hope you like and enjoy~

Blog Makeover (In progress)

I figured that it's about time I gave the blog a bit of a makeover. It needed a revamp. I'm not quite sure what i'm going to do with it, but I'm hoping for a new title header, plus layout and colour scheme. I want to add extra info boxes on the page to, so that there will be more to read / do.

I will hopefully have these changes complete by the end of December, so please bear with me. And if there are any suggestion about what you want to see, please dont hesitate to comment ^^

H&M haul

So, I know I promised photos from my H&M haul, but unfortunately I haven't recieved my second parcel from them yet. Due soon though ^^. So anyways, this is related, cause these are from H&M too~ And I'm absolutely in love with them.

This is the softest jumper I own. And it's super cute, they also have a Bambi and Thumper one... but Minnie is awesome. Since I dyed my hair Red, i've been drawn to more red clothes. I just team this up with a pair of black tights / leggings and my new grey fluffy boots. If it's a bit chilly i'll pop a vest top underneath, but it's sooo comfy. ^^ 

I love wearing this skirt. It's a high rise one, but it's loosely elasticated so it can be placed wherever. I like to wear it with black tights, a dark coloured (grey/navy/brown) vest top and a black cardigan.

I'm very happy with these purchases from H&M. They have some really great stuff in at the moment, I'm just drawn to spend money that I shouldn't. But on the plus side, i'll have some really great clothes to take to Japan with me. Cause I feel that it's going to be hard for me to find clothes there...

I have a kyoto blog set up from a few years ago, but it's over on wordpress...
would you prefer it if i made a new one for  blogspot, or just use that wordpress one?

I found out where i'm going for my year abroad today. and BOOYAH, going to Kyoto.
I'm sooo happy right now it's unbelievable ^o^
I have my Contemporary texts assignment to finish, and some Kanji to do, but once that's done I'll sort out my year abroad blog xD

Nails for the week

It's been a while since I've done some nail art, they've just been painted one colour recently. But, yesterday, I found the time to be creative. And this was the result. Not my best I know, but it'll do ^o^

My heart lies in Kyoto

I've been thinking about my Year Abroad a lot recently, and where I want to go.
I don't want to go anywhere but Kyoto. It means a lot to be and holds a place in my heart. I have wanted to go there and felt connected to it for over 3 years now and there is no where else.
I really really want to spend my year in Japan there, however, it's been known that our place of choice gets ignored in the allocation of Universities.
I did put Kyoto down and my reasons why, but it's not 100% that i'd get it. There are 3 Universities we are paired with there. And it would make my year, and me soo happy if i was to get Kyoto.
I should find out in 2 weeks or so, and i will definitely let you all know. As well as getting to work on a new blog to cover my year in Japan.
As for now... i will be hoping with all my heart for Kyoto, and practising my language skills.

Going to Japan next year. I'll be able to improve my language skills, make new friends and just enjoy Japan. :D

Haul 5th [Part 1] & Japan 2012

Just ordered a bunch of stuff from H&M as i've finally managed to save some money for myself this month. Unfortunately the delivery dates are different for a few of the items. But that means more parcels in the post ^^ which is always nice. I'll show you the items when i get them :)

Been busy with Uni a lot lately. (as you can see by my lack of posting in the past few months) I find out which Japanese university i'm going to in a few weeks.... can't wait ^^ When that comes round, i'll be setting myself up a travel blog for when i'm out there~ I'll still try and post gyaru and cute things on here, but i'd recommend you follow that one once it's up and going :D ahhhhh it's sooo exciting.
